Maybe I should show you what a few types of push-ups we had to do in the Navy SAR swimmer school....
1) standard
2) tricept
3) wide arm
4) inverted
5) beach front
6) S.E.A.L style
7*) this is the worst, the instructor decides that we do them on "their count, when they get tired!" Uuugh! You see push ups become 2-4 count positions and if someone messes up then we become the 8 count body builders.... Anyone know these form of hell????
No I but my son might learn them or some form of them whenever they finally start letting in recruits again. He was supposed to leave out for bootcamp April 7th but with the pandemic and positive cases at the training facility and so much on lockdown... going in has been put on hold. We're at standby......
