I had some lemon green tea and added some lemon juice and honey to it and also had lemon ginger tea cause I was a bit nauseous but maybe I should have my turmeric ginger peach one or add turmeric into it. Had some eggs and spinach too and some blackberries and a bunch of vitaminsDehydration is what *That* sounds like to my humble brain. Get some turmeric & ginger in your system to help with that inflammation - whilst you wear the crown 'squat-queen'


I’m gonna go have some black tea now too to see if that helps my headache. It’s a little better now than it was this morning, was awful this morning, but still there a bit. Thankfully I’m not nauseous anymore. Hoping the headache is just lack of caffeine haha I refuse to take medicine this time.
And I don’t think I deserve that title.
