My randomized guesses are never correct, and I was too lazy to make the data collection that I would have needed to have a decent chance.

I would have been happy to share with you the data collection and predictions that I have done since the start of the contest. You still would have had to make an actual guess because of the unknown quantity of future posts that can significantly alter the predicted end date. You would have had an excellent window for a very educated guess.
