I'm not sure, but I have an idea. It's possible to manually run the cron to update the stats, and then one can grab the post ID of the latest post right after that happened, and then subtract how many posts over 20 million there are at the time of the update, from the post ID. That should in theory give the post ID of the 20 millionth post, or one very close to it.

Ugh, but that doesn't account for posts made in GJF.
