No, he’s a bordoodle (border collie poodle) that was him as a puppy, he’s 1 now.
Edited to add: the other post of mine that you quoted is the same dog all grown up now.

Is he a blue heeler? My mom's had a very similar mask...he was the perfect dog..he passed away. His face was shaped the same too..

Blue Heelers are awesome

I agree..my mother had one too..he passed this year. I would call him the good brother and she would call him the good son and I'm currently tearing up..he wasn't my dog but I was part of his pack
