I think he’s pretty sure he became one… it was always funny to watch, the chickens would be staring in the garden trying to figure out how to the in while Yves would be trying to figure out how to get out, he only became part of the flock when he and Elephant bonded when elephant was having trouble integrating into the flock.Does the bunny know he's not a chicken? You have a very diverse flock.
I love diverse flocks! They’re so fun, once I get a bigger coop for them I’m expanding it more, definitely adding at least one Jersey giant hen and a second rooster of some fancy breed… I prefer having the breeds that are no good at laying but super good looking as a rooster for mixes, so far I only have one that’s a mix from my flock but I don’t have the rooster she came from anymore, I think my CQ cayenne is the hen, that or it’s my old CQ Paprika who I sold due to aggressiveness towards Mirasol and then she got taken with the flock at night
