Actually, that is a rooster. But he is mamas boy. He got some special attention after being attacked by some other roosters a few days ago, but his favorite spot ever is my lap. He is such a sweetheart.

Smudge the Silkie got a bit of wire caught up in the feathers on her leg on Friday, and Ken brought her in so I could help him get it untangled. Guess who fell in love....
