I've seen lots of guesses on what breeds... they look bantam to me...
Either way, ABSOLUTELY beautiful!!!

They're red junglefowl hybrids of my own I call "Florida Cracker game bantams." I have an offshoot of them I'm conforming to ABA standards for the American game bantam. My current avatar pic is one of my American game bantams.

So you have TWO roosters that gorgeous!? Lucky!

I got a bunch. They reproduce like rabbits on my farm. The two in these pics are my two chosen cockerels to be my brood cocks for next year, and possibly many years to come unless I get one of the next generation that's better than them. I recently culled one I consider generally better than either of those but was too human aggressive to do much with.
