I especially enjoy the portraits. People who don't know chickens think they all look alike, but you can see the individuality of each of them. I really love a rooster with a kind eye.

A couple of Japanese Bantam Roosters that I painted - oil on canvas and gifted to a relative who really enjoyed the painting and wanted it for her home.

THANK YOU for the wonderful comment , very appreciated - I truly enjoy painting, but have run out of room to display any more in our home. Also love having many other works by other artists. This thread has been really a treat as the submissions have been top notch.
