Sprayed pan and used a silicone spatula to slide under it and slowly slid off it, seriously. That looks so good! How did you get that slice so smooth & perfect? My slices always look like I dug them out with a wooden spoon.
Lol I got so busy with garden this year I never got them put away !Nice touch with the pumpkins too.Nosey question that you don’t have to answer, but do you always have pumpkin decor out or did you pull them out special for the picture?
Great pictures! Look at that cute violet planterHere are some pictures of #81 Quiche Simple and Crustless.
It turned out really well! It was so cheesy! I think it was the best quiche I’ve ever had!

Sorry about thatI’m making the salsa today. I’m prepping it outside to avoid the heat. I’m being swarmed by bees & mosquitoes & thinking nasty thoughts about @Happy hen lover for getting me into this.
(Just kidding Happy Hen.)![]()
Wow it looks gorgeous! Love the decorations and presentation. What a good rooster to stand so still.Salsa #108
Salsa is the perfect summer snack. I was able to gather all my ingredients fresh & locally grown from the farmers market.

I juiced six limes

Added the sugar, salt & pepper.

When chopping jalapeños I always use latex gloves. These had the tops chopped off, then were cut in half & seeds removed before dicing.

Last but not least, the onions & tomato were diced in. The ingredients were stirred & put in the fridge to chill over night.

I worried that the recipe called for too much lime & sugar, but the taste is spot in. My only concern should have been that my family would eat it all before I got the final photo taken.
The one thing I’ll do different next time is use purple onions because they are my favorite & I feel the color adds to the overall presentation.
All in all, this is an excellent salsa recipe that yields a party size amount (roughly 48oz).

A great snack for eating outside on a hot day.

I tend to have pumpkins in my house all, or most of the year, so I had to ask.Lol I got so busy with garden this year I never got them put away !. So I did pull out for picture but they were in a pile to go back in tote and here it is fall already! Where has this year gone?!?
Thanks! I didn’t think it was too hot, but I have a high tolerance for spice. I took the seeds out so my younger kids could eat it, but they still said it was pretty spicy. The spice seems to dissipate a little more everyday, so if you make it & it’s too hot, maybe leave it in the fridge for a day or two.Wow it looks gorgeous! Love the decorations and presentation. What a good rooster to stand so still.. How hot was it? That looked like 1 hot jalapeno?
