I have a theory for my late eggs, I think that first week, when I set my first 10 eggs, the incubator was still fluxing pretty wild, it took three days to get it right. It was kinda cool in the beginning, maybe they delveloped a little slower? I don't smell stinkys so I guess they will come out when the time is right...

I'm sorry but as others say it's alearning process. I have never incubated before don't they use flashlights or candeling for this?
I'm sorry about the still-alive chick. That's got to be hard, but then, you don't know. I mean, it was due and all. I can just hope it doesn't happen to me... *hugs*
