Yeah. Main reason I think that now is because he was always rather quick to answer and try to get the site back up should something happen to the game. Being nonresponsive is totally unlike Russ.

PL has been down for at least 2 months. Though I think its been down longer but at the very least 2 months.

If so, then why is it taking them 2+ months to get it up and we can't contact Russaria at all?
