so let’s say I have 2 roosters in my coop and a hen starts to brood what genetics will the offspring get in more details there one rooster that’s in the coop all the time with the hens but when I let my hens wander my backyard there’s another rooster that isn’t in the coop and just free roaming my yard but also mates with the hens when they are out of there coop if both rooster mate with that hen and other hens and a hen starts to brood what genetics will the offspring get

You still have a 50/50 chance of either rooster being the father to the chicks. Their sperm can stay in the hen for days sometimes weeks.

Do you mean like, will their sperm mix together and create mutant chicks? lol

Both roos have a chance of being the father if they both mate with the hen. It's going to be impossible to say unless they have really easy to distinguish traits and you see them in the chicks.
