Oh dear help! Scratching baby

A week old LF cochin baby wont stop scratching at its face! Its ripped the corner of its eye open and I had to clean it up.
It crys when it scratches now :(
I dont see any swelling, I use Ivermec on all of my big birds so I dont know how it would have gotten any mites or Lice. I dont see any?
I even washed the side of its face and patted it dry.
I am stumped! Help please!
 
Ok, I think I solved the problem, I bathed its face in luke warm water, and put triple antibiotic on its cut. It so tired from scratching all day that its sleeping pretty sound.
If it starts up again, should I do the same thing again? Or take a picture of its face?
