Oh, help! Hen or roo?

I just got this chicken from a guy on Sat. It was darkish and the man said it was a hen, so I took his word for it. Now in the light, I am very worried about those pointy feathers at the base of the tail. I am assuming it is a mutt EE. It is 3 months old.

What do you think?

Definitely a roo and a mutt. With his shape and green legs he probably is an EE. Looking at his plumage he has a lot of different genes to pass onto a colorful EE flock.
