This is the same model incubator I just purchased for $150 from a friend... BUT, I'd love to have another and the hatcher. CA is just a tad bit too far from Texas for a "quick drive" to pick them up. ::: sigh :::

Even though it's set up for emus, it's been fine for chicken and duck eggs. There's just more room between the tray levels and no hatching tray on the bottom of the 'bator.

I have ASQ'd the seller to ask them to consider offering Greyhound PackageXpress for shipping. I used it to ship a chair to CA recently from WA and it arrived quickly, safely, and at not a bad price ($43 for a 20#, irregularly-shaped object). The seller would have to drive to Fort Worth probably, as the nearest large city with a station, and the buyer would have to go to their nearest station, but compare that with FedEx for an oversized, overweight item?

It will be interesting to see if he offers it. Most people don't even know about that option.
