Oh! I think I did a bad thing!

Just after it got dark - I took my new girl and put her in the coop. She had been pacing and sounding troubled at dusk, but didn't know how to handle the ramp and couldn't fly right in because she has practically no wing feathers (picked on by a roo or two). This is the part where I smack my forehead and cuss myself. With no working wings and no ramp experience - will she break her neck getting out? Should I move her back to the ground now or in the morning.......or am I just totally overreacting....?

Oh -sorry - my coop is about 3 feet off the ground - open.....

I think she will be able to figure it out well enough.
I think she will see the others heading out and follow them down the ramp.
No worries.

She made it out just fine! She's the same one from my other post. I don't think she ever had a coop before......not too unusual around here.....
