A Big Congrats. What a proud moment. If you want to preserve it you can always blow out the inside of the egg and preserve it that way. I did that with my first egg and have it sitting in an egg cup on my shelf in full veiw.

HAHA! That's how my husband sees our eggs. The most expensive eggs we have ever bought. Whatever my kids (even the teenage boys) love checking the coop for eggs. Anything that keeps me and 3 kids involved and happy and off computers has to be worth every penny.

I am so happy for you.

I had my first time egg experience on Thursday. I did the same thing, took lots of pictures of it alone & with the children holding it. This morning when I was fixing pancakes, I fried it up for my hubby. It was a very firm shell, took me a few wacks to crack it.

May your girls continue, and you have many more eggs soo.
Nothing more on my end, so we are on continues egg watch now.
