Oh My Goodness! Mort laid the cutest egg!!!!

Mort is my Bantam EE hen, she and my little Bantam EE Rooster, Muffin are both very sweet. I hatched them last year and out of all the eggs they were the only 2 that made it.

Mort Finally laid an egg, is this not the cutest little egg! The Other egg is from my Barred Rocks for size comparison.

aww cute! My bantie hens are almost a year old, they lay an egg a bit bigger than that, i think. It looks almost the same size as my Ostralorp eggs, only green !!

This was little Morts first so of course it is smaller, I expect them to become regular banty size over the next week or so.
