Please help with my 4 day old chick

Pretty sure that's just the dried up umbilical cord.4 days is on the long side for it to still be there but it should not be forced to detach.

it wasnt there before though and she’s acting less energetic. like yesterday she was running around and pecking but now she’s just laying there and not opening her eyes much

I already gave a suggestion, to clean her vent area by soaking it. If she can't poop, she could die, and that's how you get it off them, by soaking and using a soft rag.

You've not said if the other chicks are okay. Is it just this one acting lethargic?

my chick has this stringish looking thing on her butt. i think it might be a leaf she ate that got pooped out but i dont know how to get rid of it. it might be stuck in her butt or just poo that dried on her fluff. help please, i’ve wiped her off a bit but when i tried pulling it a bit she started chirping a lot. also she seems less energetic than before. what should i do?View attachment 4294588

There is a notch for the fixture's cord.

That's my fear!! How they are acting could be from slow suffocation/overheating.
