So I knew my mother was buying land near us, but she never told me that she would be getting an excess of at least fifty acres... I thought maybe five or ten at the most. I am still learning to drive, to give you an idea of my age, so this is a big shock to me.
She also broke the news to me that I could have any and all the poultry I want instead of being illegal here at this house
She told my sister that she can have any mini ponies and goats she wants that are on craigslist. We all hope to one day become a horse rescue, since I LOVE both big and little horses, and we all feel horrible that all of those animals out there are being put down due to there being just too many.
We are also trying to get the humane shelter, if they have any animals that are going to be put down because they were not adopted, to let us have them instead of killing them. So cats and doggies too!
All of my cats and dogs right now are from the shelter a they have the sweetest personalities ever!
Oh, all this and the BYC meetup we will have on this property in a month or two.
