Oh no! Duck injury

This am one of the kids said the Rouen's eyes had something in it. I looked and both have injuries to their head. One looks like it got it's eye caught on/in something. The other has a tiny puncture wound that is bleeding by its bill. Her whole head is swollen and there were bubbles coming from her eye. I just put her in a pen completely dark. No injuries to her eye like the other one.

To me it looks like a snake bite. Any advice? Ways to help her?

Not sure if you can see the drop of blood by her bill. I tried to get the best picture without getting her out.
