OH no i need help

sometimes it is watery with a portion of it being red but i havent seen that in a while

That would be a sign of cocci. If you ar seeing blood in the stool then it is advanced pretty far, need to fight it ASAP !!! That is what happens is they get droopy and then die !!

I would mix up 3 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar & 2 Tablespoons of molasses per gallon of water for the first week then reduce down to 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar, this is a natural way to fight it or you can buy medicated feed. The molasses will help get energy back and help give them some minerals too, only need to use the molasses for a day or two till they look very active.

Change the bedding too.

it didnt look liike blood, just like splotches of red and orange but that has stopped now. i just added apple cider vinegar...how did they aquire cocci.?
