I have posted before... and I thought we had almost all if not all pullets of our 7 straight run Buff Orpingtons... today they are 4 weeks old. I am now just seeing the red...

I really hope this one is a girl... she is my daughter's favorite. She named her "Pinky Pie"

I would say the first one and last one's are roos, but Pinky Pie looks like a pullet to me!

In my experience, the boy BO's develop pink combs while the girls combs are still chick-colored.

PS: Also, the girls develop longer wing and tail feathers before the boys do.
