OH NO! Rookie Mistake!

I think they will be fine, but I just finished my last turn of the night, and apparently bumped the thermostat censor, so it was resting against the back wall, I closed up the bator, but checked it 15 minutes later before I was going to head to bed, it was at 105.7

, I freaked and immediately opened the bator to let heat out. It was only 15 minutes or so, so I think they will be fine, I'm just glad I decided to check it! I guess the wall is cool, otherwise I don't know what would have made the thermostat allow the heat to get that high.

I hope they are ok!

If it was just a few minutes, they will be fine most likely. It is the INTERNAL temp of the egg that matters, so a few minutes of high heat won't effect them like a few hours.

They will be fine. You did a good job double checking!

It'll be good. It takes a while to warm them up and they have to stay there for a time too. Hope your temps have settled!
