Thanks, BeeKissed. I sure hope you are right, but she's a very stubborn little girl. I am so afraid she is going to die of futile determination. I have no children. She's my baby. Her sister is a conformist, a model child, a good layer, not a bit broody. But this girl is my Independent Rebel. How I love them both. The model chicken sure misses having her sister out and about to play with. She's done so well entertaining herself the last few days, but I know it is hard on her. She stays close to me, for comfort. I think she knows her Sis is still alive, and that is a comfort to her, too.
