Anti-bacterial cream/gel can also work, so long as it doesn't have a pain reliever in it. Just keep that umbilicus area as clean as you can. Good luck!

Well I have it anitbiotic and now I can't tell which is which!

The swelling has went down! So I think he's going to be okay!

I was giving him antibiotic all day and when I woke up the next morning the swelling was gone.
