Oh noooo... I think my hen is sick. Help!

Today, my kids noticed that one of our girls has a runny nose and one of her eyes is swollen shut. She also seems to be coughing/sneezing. This is our first experience with chickens and I don't know what to do. Any advise???? Thanks

I am not an expert, but see if this thread helps. Do her symptoms sound like this? I never posted a link to a thread before, so I hope this works. Hope someone with more knowledge comes along for you soon.
