I do think I'll keep the new Dels by themselves for a bit longer though. I have been saving their eggs for hatching. One of them laid a super jumbo yesterday and unfortunately it has a dent. They all lay good sized eggs.
I do think I'll treat for mites. What should I use and how do I do it? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. What and how for worms? I haven't seen any though.
I will however get a better set up for quarantine before I buy anymore chickens. If I do cause I plan on having a closed flock like Speckled hen. Except that Hinkjc has some really beautiful BO's. They aren't my favorite but they sure are beautiful.
