Ohhh Chicken Poop!

I have 4 gals that are about 2 1/2 months old. One (not sure which one) has What I would classify as diarrhea. Picture attached. Should I be concerned and if so what’s a treatment plan. And can this be treated per flock or just the Mrs bubble gut?

starter feed. With a side choice of grit & oyster shell.

Other people will be more helpful, I'm just trying to keep the thread fresh and save them some time lol. Does anyone act differently? Are they all energetic? It's not uncommon for runny poop. Again others will know warning signs better. Pretend I'm triage lol
