Runner duck 1 week old...does this look like a clogged oil gland? I put her and her brother in the bath to clean themselves and now she’s acting weird and I noticed this spot above her tail. Her brother is acting completely normal and his feathers are different than hers. His are normal and shiney...Hers look weird. I don’t know what to do.

Looks normal to me. The funny little feathers stick out of the uripygial gland, and looks a little weird until they get some real feathers. Right now she’s still just got down. :)
You mentioned she’s acting weird - what is she doing that’s out of the ordinary?

Just kinda lathargic and not acting like her self...shivering a little and drooling. Not eating much and not chirping at me like she normally does.

:idunno I don't see any abnormality in those pictures. :welcome
Ok thank you! I’ve just never noticed the oil gland in my other duckies and her feathers just look a little different than her sibling.

In the picture she appears cold - when you let her bathe, ensure the water is warm, and make sure to set her in a warm environment immediately after exiting the water.
