Oily bottom, from treating pasty butt...

I cleaned the chicks bottom. Then put a little mineral oil. I blotted with a cotton ball, but I didn't realize it was so saturated. Her feathers are all greased up and the others were pecking at it, and she keeps pulling at them. I seperated her from the others. What can I do for her??? TIA!

take some gentile dish soap, dampen a rag and wipe her down, make sure she is dry keep her separated until you have her pretty well clean. use warm water to help keep from chilling her.
