Ointement for duckling eyes?

Is there any ointment I can add to possibly help this duckling I hatched eyes? It can't see or is not responding like it can see. This is after I flushed it with water.

It's skull and eyes are malformed, it's likely permanently blind. I'm sorry, I'd consider putting that on down.

Yea I don't think it will make it. It's eyes are basically shut and it cannot open them when dry.
