Friends, I think I have a rooster. Thoughts? 6 weeks old and I noticed that it flared it’s neck feathers at another chicken.

Either gender can flare neck feathers...hard to tell who's a male under that red light.
But at 6 weeks the ones with larger and redder combs and wattles are males,
it's usually glaringly apparent.
