Great work dude! It may be wise to have little mini roof over the external portions of your nesting boxes. I wouldn't say its an absolute need but it could prevent some problems that water will do to constructions.

Excellent!
Can't have been much fun working in the snowy cold.
Will you do something to protect this gap from collecting rain and snow?
Or maybe this pic was taken before you added the 'L' brackets inside?

As Egg Walrus said removing those nest boxes and building them outside the coop will give more space to you girls. From what I see, you have some good carpentry skills and with the way you have built it you could easily ADD ON to it if you really have to, or want to add more chickens. Post us a picture when you get the siding and such done!
Oh! Just another thought. I know you’re going to redo the wire around the bottom hardware cloth right?
Well that trap door with a little ladder would provide a nice area for the chickens. Especially on nasty weather days.
You might need a removable panel of wire in case you have to go in after one down there. Best wishes
That, I hope, I will accomplish tomorrow.Great work dude! It may be wise to have little mini roof over the external portions of your nesting boxes. I wouldn't say its an absolute need but it could prevent some problems that water will do to constructions.
