OK feed?

I have mostly adult chickens, laying hens and a couple rooster, I found someone advertising a rice/brand mix to feed to poultry; chickens, ducks, maybe turkeys...Would this be acceptable to feed to my flock? Can it replace their normal feed or mixed in, used as scratch only? Would it be good for chickens, ducks, and turkeys? Thanks

Any idea of what the protein content is and what the major ingredients are?

That is only hulled rice, mostly broken pieces, some polished, some not, with some bran. Must be getting it from a rice processing plant in the area.

It would be OK as a scratch feed, but would be woefully incomplete as a regular ration.

I would use it as scratch and not as a feed.
