ok first hatch here where do i put the hygrometer?

This is my first hatch and bator is all set up but the hygrometer....where is the best place to set tht and do i need another themo along with the one tht is layin on the eggs?

Oh dear. First hatches are nerve wracking. Just pay it on top of the eggs. Mine flail all over the bator while they turn. No problem.

My husband and i built our bater, we have the ones ( gauges ) that you just get from a pet store lol. Since our bater is styrofoam we cut holes at egg level and glued them to the outside, and so far they seem to be working awsome.

I keep my gauge at the back of the incubator where I can see it better.
