Ok gonna build a run

We're getting a puppy tomorrow and need the get the girls in a run. I'm thinking 10X10 I have 4 girls and plan on getting a couple of more at the N. FL swap next month. How many would that hold? Our coop is an A-Frame tractor, that is 6' long 4' wide, but in stead of having the underneath side open I'm gonna close that in so that we can house more birds.

A 6'x4' coop is good for about 6 birds, assuming 4 square feet/bird. A 10x10 run would be good for 12 birds, assuming 8 sq ft/bird. So I'd say the run is plenty for the size coop you have. Of course with bantams you could have more!
