This chicken is very unusual and just when I think I know what it is, I change my mind (my first chicken experience - six assorted bantams). I've been thinking some kind of D'Uccle - definitely feathered legs, but I haven't seen anything else like it. Help!?

Yeah I had already pretty much settled on the roo thing, even though they were all supposed to be girls - when it started growing a red comb and giant feet, etc. I kept telling it no, no, no, you are NOT a roo, but it just would not listen to me - ha. Very sweet thing, though.

They came from My Pet Chicken.com and I do love them all and they are in perfect health and very um...interesting looking! Everybody says, "they don't LOOK like chickens"! (daughter says the silkie looks like an "alpaca" and son says the Polish looks like "Martha Washington"...)

Soooo....frizzle cochin (roo)? Thanks for everybody's input!

:)
