Its definitely a cockerel. Heres how you can tell:


Roosters often have some thicker legs. They also have a bigger comb and wattle.
If you look close, you can see his hackle feathers (neck feathers) are quite pointy. Thats a good indication of a rooster!

We were kind of figuring this one was, but we're hoping we were wrong. So much for the pullet bin at atwoods lol! We live in the city so we can't keep him unfortunately. We are already attached.
