How often do I need to treat a chicken for lice? I doused him real good today with seven dust. I also removed all the bedding from his roosting area, spread it in there, put new shavings, and sprinkled more on top of that. He is a JG, and not very happy when I did it, but oh well he will just have to deal with it. I am not going to put him in with the rest of the flock, until I am dang sure they are gone. It was hard enough to do 1, and I refuse to do it to 30 more. When do I need to do it again or is this 1 time enough? thanks for any help.
