OK, someone needs to slap me, I stopped at TSC

I was not going to get any chicks. Really, I wasn't. I went for horse feed. But they were just too cute. I came home with 6 mixed red pullets, (a mix of RIR, red sex links, and production reds) I couldn't see any difference in any of them, and then I had to get 6 straight run Silver Laced Wyandottes. I hope I get at least 1 pullet out of the SLW. I did want to get the red sex links, but later, closer to the end of the month when my eggs hatch, guess I need to put up more than one grow out pen. I have to face it, I have no will power.

My wife has requested that when she dies, she wants to be buried in the TSC parking lot so I'll visit her. Didn't make it to TSC today, but did go to Atwoods. Need some grit for the chickens and a water bottle for one of the rabbits. Left with 2 turkeys, 2 geese, and 2 guineas. My wife called Sulphur Springs PD, requested that they issue me a Criminal Trespass Warning for Atwoods and TSC... good thing there's one of both in Paris. Don't tell her.

my husband thinks I am nuts (I tend to agree!)

Seriously? I brought 6 home, including 2 as of yet unidentified bantams. What was I thinking? AARRRGGGHHH!
