OK, this is getting out of hand.....

Today i noticed penny is bald not only on her face but now on her stomach........ it doesnt look irritated like her face is, it just looks perfectly removed.......could she have a disease or somthing??? and if she had mites, id see em on her wouldnt i????

Someone has plucked her beard, and that patch on her abdomen looks like a broody patch.

If she appears healthy and you can't find any mites, I'd say broody.

I agree, she looks like she plucked herself. My silkies' stomachs look just like that.

but shes an EE and i know shes not broody cause she is not sitting and she is still laying eggs

She may be close to going broody though. This broody patch is often the first sign that I see when I have a Silkie about to go broody.

Yes they can. I don't remember it saying anywhere that they couldnt? I know there is another BYCer that has a broody EE and she hatched out some chicks.
