Before doing this, I wanted to ask if it would be permissable.
In the Meat Birds Etc. section I wanted to start a thread where folks could list commercial processors they know &/or use in their area. They could also list themselves if they're available to do processing for others for a fee. Additionally, folks could list themselves if they're willing to help members learn how to process, either at their own places with their own birds or at others' places with their birds.
If that's all right, I'll begin that thread. Unless someone else has already done something like this? Please let me know.
