Thank you, everybody, for your input! I've decided to put them back in the large dog crate in the kitchen for the weekend, so I can leave and not be stressing out about them the whole time. Today's only their third day outside full time, and the silly chickens haven't left the coop today, even though I left the big doors wide open with a temporary ramp. It's about 88° here today, and it reads 92° inside the coop, so I'm afraid with high in the mid-90s over the weekend, it'll get unbearable if they won't go outside. Silly birds! I'll have to work on getting them to use the ramp when I get back home. Thanks again! I don't know what I'd do without BYC!!
