Looks like a golden sebright..I think it may be a cockerel. Just a guess though... it is young

Your chick is a male Quail Antwerp Belgian Bantam, also known as a Belgian Bearded d'Anver. And from the comb and coloring he is definitely a rooster. I almost forgot about Antwerps as they are less frequently mentioned on BYC! Most Quial Antwerps can be sexed at this age by feathering, pullets are buff with many dark laced feathers, rather than the cockerel which will have more solid buff feathers in his body (like your chick).
