OK what do I set the humidity at? 2362N

I read something different everywhere I look! I have a Hova-bator 2362N (fan powered) - this is my first hatch. What do I need to keep the humidity at for the first 18 days, and what do I need to keep it at during lock down?

Lots of people use lots of different setting depends really what works for you I guess. This is what i use 40-45% for first 18 days and 65% for lockdown last 3 days.
