Ok, why do you have to use 90% of my auction wording?

What would I do? Settle down, first.
Then I'd contact her and tell her to desist. If that didn't work, I'd let the site know. They will likely act on it.
But if they didnt, then I would add in my description that there is another who uses my listing - but is not me. Then I'd name her. I'd remind the buyer that dealing with any but ME is a gamble.

Outside of that, there is little else I could do that would matter.

You would get a few bad apples in Eggbid and as for the owners and moderators of Eggbid, you never get a hold of them at all. They just do not contact you at all! They dropped from the face of earth and if you sold your bird, that automatic receipt for their fees is a joke! I had one lady bid on my Spitzhauben rooster and I told her that I will not ship. She bid on it and once it was over, Eggbid sent me a bill for their fees. I emailed them back that I have specifically informed them that the lady misunderstood my auction that I do not ship, must be picked up and they continued to bill me. After two months, Eggbid stopped sending me invoices.

Some of us use Eggbid so not ALL of it is bad.

Hope you can get the things resolved by your wordings on the auctions. She should at least say sorry and cancel the auction.

That is one of the reasons I stick with BYC for buying hatching eggs. We are all pretty accountable here.

I have a friend that's been pushing me to sell on BYC - I think it's about time. It feels much safer here, and I know my birds will be going to some people who appreciate the breed.

I actually laughed about it last week, and my husband told me to tell her off but I let it go. I just don't want her to keep on using it, at least give me a little credit

Yep! I have some really nice Ameraucana's that should be fertile real soon, and this is where they are going up for sale.

Very well stated!

I added feedback declaring their text as stolen, so they left me negative feedback telling me to mind my own business.

I left more stating I wouldn't stand silent witness, complacent to injustice. We'll see what gets said next...unfortunately I forgot to change it to negative, so to take back the positive I had to add another, so I linked to the auction they stole from so anyone can look!

Horrific behavior.
