Okay...a crazy ignorant question but...

Hey Hoover,
Are you over around Huntsville or Madison? (I think I remember you talking with PearlD about Turkey poults a while back and she just lives about 3 miles down the road from me)

I have 12 duck eggs in the bator that are supposed to hatch on Sept 4th and yesterday I found out that my neighbor does NOT want any more ducks now. I was going to give them some of these since all their ducks have been taken by prediters and I took in their last surviving duck last month. (a peking drake)

I have 1 Mallard duck and 2 Khaki Campbell ducks and 1 Khaki drake, 1 blk & wht Magpie drake and now this Peking drake so I do not know who the father(s) are to these ducks but the mother is the Khaki's. Let me know if you want some of them because I do not need another 12 ducks out there in the pen with my chickens.

i like muscovies since they are very quiet

runners are great too, but they are very loud, my all time
favorite is the cayuga.. they are BEAUTIFUL! they are a blacksih color and when the sun hits them they turn a million shades of green

and i hear they are wonderful to have around
