I have 2 EE hens and 1 EE roo and I hope I get eggs that pretty from them...and soon! They are still mooching too!
I went from getting 1 egg a day last week to 2 eggs a day and I think that my sex link is finally laying! She was our first hen. My barred rock is laying consistently...I got an egg that was a slightly different color and then the same day got one the "regular" color that we had been getting so I figured someone new was laying. Then my hubby caught Etta in the nesting box and we knew! I can't wait for my other 2 barred rocks (molting) to start laying and for the EEs to start!

Don't tell any of mine that they aren't allowed cause it's winter....sshhhhhhhh!
